Placement process simplified:
1. Client indicates the job specifications
2. IP Will gather potential candidates and refer them to the client via shortlisted CV
3. Clients decide on the most suitable candidates and instruct IP to commence verification
4. IP will conduct interviews to assess candidates capabilities
5. Client will be allowed to complete internal interview with the candidate before accepting
6. Once candidate is contracted to the client, IP will invoice the client and finalise the deal

Our temporary basis staff placements are designed to make short term placements of staff easy and efficient by providing a systematic approach to all clients.
Through this effective style of recruitment, we are able to provide our clients with the very best possible candidate for the position and ensure simple, quality management of the candidate.
Placement process simplified:
1. Client indicates the job specifications and hourly rate of payment to candidate
2. Quotes are provided for the FULL contract length including an administration fee – Once accepted by client and Candidates are sourced
3. The candidate will commence service with the client as a IP Employee
4. Timesheets are managed by IP monthly, where timesheet indicate services rendered – Once approved by the client an invoice will be generated.
5. Invoices are provided each month indicating work completed between the dates of 15th - 15th of 2 specific months.
